I want to lose 15Kg or so, this blog will show you as I go through losing the weight I want to. I will say my thoughts how I feel and occasionally post pictures of my progress and inspiration. The purpose of this blog is not to encourage anyone to do the same as me, in fact I discourage my methods but am happy to support anyone who is the same as me.
